ABOUT THE FOX
In 2015, Alaysia Fox discovered her love for health and fitness while being a collegiate athlete; playing both volleyball and softball. Ever since, she has been deeply rooted in wellness and personal training. Fox believes that everyone has the ability to be "Fox Fit," by building their body and boosting one's confidence in all aspects of life. She promotes wellness for the mind, body, and spirit.
