How to Suspend Your Membership
Traveling or want to take a break?
You have the option of suspending your membership once per year at no cost for up to 3 consecutive billing cycles. (We suspend billing cycles, not actual time). This will suspend your billing and membership access during those billing cycles while keeping continuity of your membership in good standing. For flexibility, you can always reactivate sooner than you initially plan.

To suspend your membership:

Include the subject: write “Suspend Account” along with your name AND phone number. Please be sure to include the phone number in the suspension request subject line or text.

In the body of your message: write how many consecutive billing cycles (up to 3 each calendar year) that you would like to suspend

Please note, for your planning, we may need one business day to receive and process your request. Therefore, please submit your suspension request at least two business days prior to your next billing to include that billing cycle in your suspension request.
